Final Is
Around the Corner!

It’s June now, as well as the end of a semester. The final is always busy, and there will be a bunch of homework and test. When I focus on the homework, the tests are missed. When I think about the test range that I haven’t read, the homework is forgotten. In every June, I always try to remind myself to handle all the tasks and do not procrastinate in the next June. But, it’s June again.
This time, I feel there are things I accomplished in this semester, and it deserves a review.
【English Composition IV】
The writing topic in this class are interesting. Reasons to Learn a Foreign Language, Free University Education Will Not Be Good, and How to Help College Students Cultivate Exercise Habit. It is unbelievable that I have written 3 research-based articles during these months. Additionally, I like writing Journal since I can write anything I want, and show it to others. I always enjoy writing, but I seldom post it on the Internet.
So it’s refreshing for me to show others my article. Especially receiving the comments, it surprises me! All in all, although the it is annoying when struggling to produce an essay, but that’s not bad.
Making a survey to investage is new to me
【Introduction to teaching Chinese as a foreign/second language】
This is the first course I take in Program in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language, and it really amazed me. The teacher and the teaching assistant are highly professional. What’s more, every week, there are short speeches giver by real Chinese teachers who is already in the industry. That’s a wonderful experience, and makes me wondering if I can also have the proficiency like that if I become Chinese teacher.
I am required to teach a Philippine student Chinese for 16 hours. At first, preparing the teaching material myself is tricky for me. But in the second time I prepare, I can see the progress.
I’m interested by this fascinating career. It worth a try.

【Translation】
After this course, my interest of translation is more confirmed. I am obsessed with choosing the word to translate, and turn the text into various language. It seems easy, but I just like it. The homework project is a teamwork. During the discussion, I can see others’ thought and improve mine, and help to enhance my translation skill. That’s useful.
Some problems I see during the translation project
I’m senior after August, which is a pressure fact. Is it okay not join many extracurricular activities? Am I prepared for the graduation? Is The future I plan to choose good for me? There are many questions lingering in my mind, but I think this hesitating situation comes better than last semester.
So just don’t worry!
